Sriracha Glass Noodle Crab Stir Fry

This unique dish is one of our favorite noodle dishes. Fix Lemongrass Sriracha enhances the flavors, textures, and spice profile of the dish without overpowering the other ingredients.

Igredients

  • 2 cups of dungeness crab meat
  • 4 bundles of bean thread clear noodles (cellophane noodles)
  • 2 tbsp Fix Lemongrass Sriracha
  • 1/2 cup white onions
  • 2 tbsp shrimp paste with soya bean oil
  • 2 tbsp oyster salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • green onion/cilantro mix
  • black pepper, to taste

Instructions

In separate bowls, soak the dried mushrooms and noodles in hot water for 30 minutes. Strain and set each aside.

Shred carrots and onions, cut mushrooms into long, thin slices.

Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil on high in a frying pan.

Saute onions for 2-3 minutes until clear.

Add shrimp paste and stir for about 2 minutes.

Add Dungeness crab meat and Fix lemongrass Sriracha into the pan. Stir for 3 minutes.

Add oyster sauce, mushrooms, carrots, and fish sauce. Stir for another 3 minutes.

Add noodles and water, and stir for 4 minutes.

Garnish with the cilantro/green onion mix and black pepper.
