Chef Thai Dang is the Executive Chef and Owner of “HaiSous Vietnamese Kitchen”, a three-time Michelin Bib Gourmand Restaurant in Pilsen, Chicago. He was nominated for two consecutive years in Food & Wine People’s Choice, “Chef of the Year”, and served as the Chief Advisor for U.S. Food Asian Cuisine in 2019.
“When I first tasted it on its own, straight from the bottle, it took me through memory lane. It reminded me of the communal chili sauces I tasted at restaurants and street side tables as a young “Việt kiều” traveling back with my parents, and as a chef eating my way through Vietnam. That’s how organic it was. It’s so pure and simply made. The quality is of the highest. Once Fix Sriracha hit my tongue, I knew right away I wanted to be a part of it.
