Tired of the same, old buttered toast? Time to elevate! This easy sriracha zucchini toast might be enough to make you ditch that simple butter spread đ
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees (or you can use an air fryer as well).
Slice the zucchinis and place on a tin foil.
Mix together the avocado oil, sriracha, and garlic powder.
Brush the zucchinis with the spicy avocado oil mixture. Then add salt and pepper, to taste.
Bake the zucchinis in the oven for 10 minutes until slightly golden brown on top (no need to flip). Once done, remove the zucchinis from the oven and set aside.
While the zucchinis are baking, blend together the bell peppers, garlic, cream cheese, and sriracha together using a food processor.
Spread the creamy sriracha mixture onto the heated toast and place zucchinis on top. Adding cilantro is optional.
