Necessary Equipment
 12 cups Muffin pan
 Molcajete or bowl
 Pestle or fork
Ingredients for Shrimp Wonton Wraps
 Olive oil spray
 Wonton wrappers
 2 Large avocados
  cup White onions, diced
 2 Garlic cloves, minced
 ¼ cup Cilantro, minced
 1 Jalapeño, diced
 1 Roma tomato, diced
 ½ Lime, squeezed
 24 Cocktail shrimps (or cooked)
 Fix Hot Sauce Lemongrass Sriracha
1

Preheat oven to bake at 375°F degrees.

2

Using the olive oil spray, evenly coat each cup of the muffin pan. Add a sheet of wonton wrapper into each cup and bake for 7 minutes. Once wrappers are baked, remove and repeat the process to make more wrappers for filling.

3

Scoop the 2 avocados into a Molcajete or bowl. Smash with a pestle or fork.

4

Add the white onions, garlic, cilantro, jalapeño, and tomatoes into the Molcajete and mix all ingredients together. Squeeze the ½ lime into the mixture (to keep guacamole fresh).

5

Using the baked wonton wrappers, add a scoop of guacamole to each wrapper.

6

Once all wrappers are filled with guacamole, add the shrimp to each shell (depending on your preference, you can use cocktail shrimp or cooked shrimp).

7

Lastly, top off each wonton with Fix Lemongrass Sriracha Hot Sauce for that extra, spicy kick!
