Sriracha Deviled Eggs

These delightful bites are the perfect way to satisfy hungry guests at the beginning of a party. Elevated with Fix Sriracha Hot Sauce in the filling, 20 minutes of prep is all it takes to make these appetizers with a kick!

Sriracha Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

6 Large eggs
3 tbsp Fix Hot Sauce Signature Sriracha
½ cup Mayonnaise
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Dash of celery salt
Pinch of salt and pepper
Chives and paprika, to garnish

Directions

Place eggs in a pot and fill with cold water to about 1 in. above the eggs.

Boil eggs for 10 minutes.

Prepare an ice bath in a separate bowl. Add eggs to bath, let cool for 5 minutes, then remove the shells.

Cut unshelled eggs in half.

Remove all yolks and mash in a separate bowl. Add the mayonnaise, dijon mustard, celery salt, Fix Sriracha, salt, and pepper. Mix throughly.

Scoop the filling into a frosting pipe and squeeze into the emptied hard-boiled egg halves.

Garnish with fresh chives and paprika.
