Fix Spicy Queso Dip . . an easy and affordable recipe that will be a hit at your next party!

- 2 lbs Velveeta Cheese
- 2 lbs Mild Italian Sausage
- 2 cans (10 oz.) of Rotel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chiles
- 4 tbsp Signature Fix Sriracha Hot Sauce
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
Use the frying pan, add 1 tbsp of olive oil to medium-high heat. Once the skillet is ready, add the 2 lbs of mild Italian sausage and cook for 6 minutes. At the 1 minute mark, add 4 tbsp of the Fix Sriracha Hot Sauce into the sausage (for more heat/spice, add more sriracha) and mix evenly.
Cut the Velveeta cheese into cubes. To reduce the time, use a microwave safe bowl to melt the Velveeta cheese. First spray the bowl with olive oil and transfer half of the cube cheese into the bowl for melting. Microwave the cheese for about 35-45 seconds until melted. Once, complete, transfer the melted cheese into the crockpot, mix, and repeat.
Using a can opener, open the (2) cans of Rotel and drain the liquids with a strainer. Then pour the diced tomatoes and chiles into the crockpot and mix again.
Once all ingredients are combined, set the timer for an hour. Once ready to serve, turn the crockpot to warm and dig in!
